Every Saturday morning at 8am between 30-70 people, walk, run, jog or volunteer at Northparkes Oval Parkrun.
The October 7 parkrun was a special one for Dan Greef as he participated in his 100th event.
This was doubly special as only a few weeks prior, Dan had volunteered at parkrun also for the 100th time.
Dan is one of a small group of people who worked very hard behind the scenes to bring parkrun to Parkes.
Parkrun is totally run by volunteers and is accessible to everyone as the most inclusive event in world athletics, perhaps even world sport.
