Local farming family based in Parkes, Mark and Katrina Swift will be hosting the farm tour.
Mark and Katrina are both Nuffield scholars and have traveled the world, learning more about decision making management and the use of AI to improve innovation and productivity on the farm.
The farm tour will focus on all the 'need to know' questions you may have about family farming.
From decision making for management to creating your business vision and up skilling, this farm tour is for all those interested in a future in agriculture.
On the day you will have the opportunity to hear from multiple guest speakers on the day.
Claudia Mitchell will be speaking about decision making for management and Brooke Watts will be speaking on business vision and succession.
Brooke and Chiara from Central West Farming Systems will also be introducing their de-risking the seeding program, connecting young farmers and agronomists.
The farm tour will run from 10am to 3pm and you can register your attendance via hummanitix.
