Parkes Shire Council will now hold its ordinary monthly meetings at 3pm on the third Tuesday of the month.

The time has been pushed an hour back to help accommodate working councillors and council staff who need to support the meetings.

Council meetings are held once a month, mostly in the Council Chambers at 2 Cecile Street and are open to the public.

The meetings are held on the following dates for 2025.

In the past one or two meetings a year have been held outside the town centre in one of the shire's villages, but at this stage there are no plans for a meeting to take place in a village this year.

- June 17.

- July 15.

- August 19.

- September 16.

- October 21.

- November 18.
