The first week of school is finished for the year and Holy Family Parish School is already off to a swimming start.
Holy Family was the first school out of the Parkes Shire to conduct their swimming carnival at the Parkes Swimming Pool this year.
On Thursday, February 6 students and staff had a great day at the pool swimming against friends and cheering each other on.
Many families came to check out the action in the water and were amazed by the talented young swimmers.

Champion House was awarded to Currajong for their impressive swimming skills and the Spirit Award was presented to Phoenix for their positive cheering for their swimmers.
