Many families spent their Australia Day relaxing and having fun at the Parkes Aquatic Centre.

The pool had free entry in the afternoon to celebrate the day as well as the inflatable obstacle course for kids to have fun on.

The centre also hosted a barbecue to mark the day.

Peak Hill Memorial Pool was open too and Trundle Swimming Pool extended their hours to 9am for Australia Day and had an inflatable obstacle course for the kids.
